Rewards
Our main rewards system is linked to ClassCharts which all parents will have an app login for separate to a student’s account. This allows parents to keep track of credits and debits students may accrue throughout the day. We utilise the ClassCharts rewards system and have adapted to our school and Colmers Characteristics, students are able to earn credits linked to each of the Characteristics where badges are awarded for joining the 100, 500 and 1000 clubs in year group assemblies each ½ term.
Throughout each year students work towards a Gold Colmers Character badge by completing their year groups character wheel (see below for the year 7 example). As students complete each 3rd they
are awarded a badge for that section, once they have all 3 they can then exchange these for the their year groups gold badge.
In addition to the badges available for credits we have a range of opportunities that students can be rewarded for including being chosen as a Prefect or Senior Prefect in year 11 where students have to demonstrate how they embody the Colmers Characteristics during a rigorous selection process.
