Booking Criteria
To ensure fair and efficient use of our facilities, we ask all potential hirers to review and adhere to the following booking criteria:

Eligibility for Hire:
- Our facilities are available for hire to individuals, community groups, businesses, and sports teams.
- All bookings must align with our school’s values and code of conduct. We reserve the right to decline any booking that may conflict with these principles.

Availability:
- Bookings are subject to availability and may be restricted during school hours, examination periods, or other school events.
- Bookings can be made for evenings, weekends, and school holidays based on facility schedules.

Minimum and Maximum Booking Duration:
- The minimum booking duration is 1 hour.
- Longer bookings can be made, but they must not exceed 8 hours in a single day unless agreed upon in advance.

Payment:
- For one off bookings payments are required in advance.
- For regular bookings invoices will be issued half-termly in advance.

Insurance:
- Proof of liability insurance will be required.

Health and Safety:
- All users must comply with our health and safety regulations, including emergency evacuation procedures.
- Any damage or injury must be reported immediately to our on-site staff.

Safeguarding:
- All proposed users must supply a safeguarding pack, which should include the following:
- A List of all enhanced DBS holders/instructors and coaches.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a penalty fee.
- Late cancellations may result in a full charge being applied.

Supervision and Conduct:
- All users are expected to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the facility.
- Supervision of children or vulnerable individuals must be arranged by the hirer.
- Unruly or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

- Specific bookings, such as for sports pitches or performance spaces, may have additional requirements or regulations. Please refer to individual facility guidelines or contact our team for more details.
