Colmers uses School Gateway to share important information and communicate with parents and carers.

The School Gateway app gives you quick and easy access to key updates about your child’s school life, all in one place. We strongly encourage all parents and carers to download the app to ensure you receive important messages and notifications directly to your phone as soon as they are sent.

Please ensure the school has your most up-to-date email address and mobile number so you can access School Gateway without any issues.

Colmers uses iPay Impact for online payments.

iPay Impact allows parents and carers to securely pay for school meals, trips, and other chargeable items online. The system is easy to use and helps us operate as a cashless school.

Using iPay Impact means you can…

• Pay for school meals, trips, and activities online

• View payment history and outstanding balances

• Make payments securely at any time

• Reduce the need for students to bring cash into school

Please make sure your contact details are up to date so you can receive login information and payment notifications where required.

Class Charts enables you to keep track of your child’s behaviour, view attendance records, access their weekly timetable, view assigned homework tasks and track scheduled detentions.
If you are a parent of a current Year 7 your child will bring home information (paper copies) regarding how to set up their account and separate information regarding how parents and carers can set up their account. If you have not received this information by the end of the first school week, please contact main reception and they can help you.
If child is in any other year group, they will be reminded of their Class Charts code by their form tutor. If you need an access code for the parent account, please contact main reception and they will have this for you.

School cloud is the platform we use to run our virtual parents and carers evenings. Parents and carers can book appointments and attend virtual meetings with staff at a click of a button. The service is free and can be run from a computer or any mobile device.
